It is a chemical cleaning with a low pressure rinse that will not damage your landscaping or harm your pets. After the cleaning, Shingle Care(TM) Toner is applied to brighten your roofs original color and kill all algae and fungus spores.
PREMIUM SERVICE
This service is the same as the Standard Service plus the application of Shingle Guard(TM) that helps bond granules to the shingle and prevents new fungus from growing. This is ideal for homes with older roofs or roofs showing granule loss.
